Lalo Ortega is a film critic and reporter, holder of a Master’s Degree in Cinema Art from Centro de Cultura Casa Lamm, and winner of the 10th Alfonso Reyes ‘Fósforo’ Film Critic Award at UNAM International Film Festival (FICUNAM) 2020. He has contributed to Empire en español, Revista Encuadres, Los Cabos International Film Festival, CLAPPER, Sector Cine and Paréntesis.com, among others. Currently, he is chief editor at Filmelier.
