Filmmakers Yann Arthus-Bertrand and Anastasia Mikova showed great sensitivity with the documentary 'Human: A Journey Through Life' and now they have brought the female perspective, with the same tone, in 'Woman'. As the documentary speaks about women, it is very important not to have only the male gaze in production, so the co-direction of Anastasia Mikova makes the film even more powerful. This is a feature film to marvel, to be moved, to be inspired and to learn about the female struggle - without a doubt, a necessary movie. 'Woman' is complete in every sense, the editing and photography make the whole work even richer.
