One of the most anticipated Netflix films of 2020, 'Project Power' is a mix of adventure, action and science fiction that talks about one of the thorniest topics to be addressed in a movie of this type: drugs. Here, directors Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman (the duo behind 'Paranormal Activity 3' and 'Nerve') make use of an exciting story to talk about the effects of a pill that gives the user five minutes of unpredictable superpowers. Thus, with light direction, an unpretentious script and a dizzying pace, 'Project Power' knows how to play with its limits while at the same time warning the audience about the effects of addiction and the feeling of power that emanates from drugs. Special mention for the performance of Jamie Foxx ('Django Unchained') and Brazilian Rodrigo Santoro ('300'), with a brilliant special participation. Just like 'Nerve', it is a movie to have fun, think a little and let yourself be carried away by the rhythm, which ends up being the main attraction of this unusual production.

At the height of "clickbait dictatorship", on-demand entertainment, and the cult of YouTubers and influencers, 'Nerve' is a thrilling movie with a timely and very interesting background. It may not delve too deeply into reflections, but rather an intriguing plot full of youthful energy, driven by two excellent protagonists, Emma Roberts and Dave Franco. Everything is spiced up with a colorful production design and an attractive neon-toned photography.
Secret Headquarters
In a period when superhero movies are automatically linked to Marvel and DC names, productions outside the axis emerge timidly, but are gaining their place. 'Secret Headquarters' is a fun and very spirited children's superhero movie, with a very nice cast of kids and Owen Wilson and Michael Peña in prominent roles. A welcome mix between 'Iron Man' and 'Spy Kids', the feature film is a fun adventure for the whole family.

The Witch: Part 2. The Other One - A fast-paced action, mystery and thriller film that follows a young woman with impressive telekinetic powers, desperately fighting for her life while unraveling the mysteries of her past, pursued by unscrupulous killers. With Blue Dragon Award nominations for Best Supporting Actress (Seo Eun-su) and Best New Actress (Cynthia), this film captures the protagonist's intense battle to find answers and justice, facing not only her persecutors, but also to his own inner demons.
Bloodsport
Jean-Claude Van Damme makes his starring debut in the descriptively titled Bloodsport. An American soldier at large in Hong Kong, Van Damme becomes involved in the Kumite, a highly illegal kickboxing competition. Whoever survives the bout will be crowned Kumite champion of the world…a title that has plenty of challengers with homicide in their hearts. The finale offers a duel to the death between Van Damme and reigning Kumite king Bolo Yeung. The script is based on the real-life exploits of martial arts champ Frank Dux, who serves as the film's fight coordinator.

The Order
In The Order, Van Damme plays a man accused of murder who seeks a sacred scripture in Jerusalem before it falls into the wrong hands, jeopardizing his freedom. With shades of Dan Brown and a script by Jean Claude Van Damme himself, alongside Les Weldon (screenwriter of another action star film, Replicant), the movie is what every fan of the Belgian actor wants: brawling, with a fun plot, and never boring.
