Why watch this film?
A story that deserves to be told and known by all, but that is relegated to the background or ignored by books from the rest of the world. Milada Horáková was an activist who opposed Nazi dominance of then Czechoslovakia during World War II and who then fought against the dictatorship that was established in the country due to Soviet Union influence at the beginning of the Cold War. Spoken in English and with international ambition, the feature film reconstructs the most important phase of Milada, after the war, with good performances and with care in production and scenery. In the end, the movie is dedicated to all those who still live under a dictatorship today.
