Australian cinema has a tradition of post-apocalyptic films, which take advantage of the inhospitable landscape of the country's interior to create a scene of desolation - the 'Mad Max' franchise is proof of that. With the same DNA comes 'Cargo', which was a short film and now has become a feature film with an exclusive Netflix label, and that features none other than Martin Freeman (from 'Sherlock') - but it adds a new ingredient to this recipe: zombies. The feature film builds good moments of tension, which should please fans of the subgenre.
