This movie takes place in Italy, but the language of soccer is also part of our everyday life - especially when we think of the lower divisions of British sport, where amateurism reigns more than professionalism. Another common detail here and there is corruption. That is why this story ends up so close to us - about a referee who is punished for interfering with the results of the matches and ends up relegated to the "Third Category", the equivalent of a ninth division, yielding very funny consequences.
