Why watch this film?
Taking advantage of the Marvel cinematic universe fever, Netflix recruited Anthony Mackie (the hero Falcon) and Frank Grillo (the villain Crossbones, and also a habituée of action films) for 'Point Blank', a dramatic comedy in the style of 'Lethal Weapon' and 'Bad Boys', with the unlikely union of two people of different personalities in an action movie. The chemistry between the two actors is enough to make the feature enjoyable, but well-executed action sequences, solid choreography and good humor are added to help keep the pace without losing the serious tone of the plot.

Bloodsport
Jean-Claude Van Damme makes his starring debut in the descriptively titled Bloodsport. An American soldier at large in Hong Kong, Van Damme becomes involved in the Kumite, a highly illegal kickboxing competition. Whoever survives the bout will be crowned Kumite champion of the world…a title that has plenty of challengers with homicide in their hearts. The finale offers a duel to the death between Van Damme and reigning Kumite king Bolo Yeung. The script is based on the real-life exploits of martial arts champ Frank Dux, who serves as the film's fight coordinator.

The Order

With shades of Dan Brown and a script by Jean Claude Van Damme himself, alongside Les Weldon (screenwriter of another action star film, Replicant), the movie is what every fan of the Belgian actor wants: brawling, with a fun plot, and never boring.
