This movie is about a hand, which has its own consciousness, in search of its body - which, at first, may seem like a completely ridiculous concept. But don't be fooled: 'J'ai perdu mon corps' is a cathartic surrealist fable about feeling alive and whole. Co-written by Guillaume Laurant (screenwriter of 'Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain') and based on his novel 'Happy Hand', this movie is one of the best animations of 2019, awarded at the Cannes Film Festival's Critics Week and by the audience of the Annecy Festival (one of the most important in the world, focused on animation). It will surely leave you impressed with its beautiful - and sometimes macabre - images.
