Why watch this film?
Directed by María Ripoll ('Sabores da Vida'), 'Vivir dos veces' may take place in Spain, but follows the typical formula of a "road movie" to present a story of reconciliations, discoveries, and universal appeal reunions. The starting point is precisely Alzheimer's, one of the most devastating diseases because it ends with what is most important that we gather in life: our memories. You can expect a sentimental and emotional movie, without great pretensions, although the great acting work of the duo of protagonists is undeniable: the Argentine Oscar Martinez ('The Illustrious Citizen', 'Wild Tales') and the Spanish Inma Cuesta ('La Novia').
