Why watch this film?

'Luce' is another movie from distributor Neon (the same responsible for 'Parasite' and 'I, Tonya' in the US), bringing together a cast of famous faces to tell a complex story, touching on themes like ethnic prejudice, class struggle, gender, immigration and more. Selected at festivals such as Sundance and Tribeca, the feature was highly praised by critics. A provocative story, flirting with thriller, and with great performances by Naomi Watts ('City of Dreams'), Octavia Spencer ('Hidden Figures'), Tim Roth ('The Hateful Eight') and young Kelvin Harrison Jr. ('It Comes at Night').
