Why watch this film?

While most disaster and epidemic movies go for grandiose effects and global catastrophes, the intimate 'Perfect Sense' shows the life of a couple living a romance while society suffers from a virus that takes away human senses. Although there is a pessimism in David Mackenzie's story, it is interesting to note the human nature taking action in decisive moments. At the same time, the love story lived by the protagonists is poetic. Special mention goes to Eva Green's performance, with an emotional power never seen before in her career.
