Why watch this film?

"Never Say Never Again" is the result of one of the biggest confusions involving the character James Bond. Kevin McClory, who wrote alongside Ian Fleming what would become the movie "Thunderball", regained the rights to the original work and knocked on the door of Warner Bros. Together with the studio, he produced a remake of the same story and convinced none other than Sean Connery to return to the role of 007. Without any involvement with the main series of the secret agent, this feature can rescue elements that, at the time, could no longer be used by Eon Productions, such as the criminal organization Spectre and the villain Ernst Stavro Blofeld. Unfortunately, none of this guarantees a production worthy of the character, much due to the fact that we already know the story. However, it is always good to see Connery back in the role that made him famous (even if he is older) and the clash of 007 with his greatest enemy.
