In the Argentinian 'Família Rodante', the matriarch of a family gathers all relatives in a van to go to a wedding. In 'Férias Frustradas', a slightly off-kilter family gets into all sorts of scrapes. And now, in the French 'First Vacation Never to be Forgotten!', a newly acquainted couple decides to spend some time together in Bulgaria. Combining the best-of-the-worst of 'Férias Frustradas', the unusual situation of 'Família Rodante' and the typical humor of French cinema, Patrick Cassir's feature brings a mix of moods and comedy. In it, one can find absurd and even explicit situations, as well as jokes arising from details and small things. This should appeal to a specific audience that is open to experimentation and doesn't expect to find only a typical French comedy. Anything goes here. Some jokes will work, others will pass. What matters is being open to what the movie offers and, thus, embarking on the journey of this almost-couple.
